  Have been here a few times for specifix Nissan things on our X-Trail. Customer service is hard to beat and have never seen it anywhere else.
  Prices for fitting a tow ball were cheaper than any other options and was able to be sqeezed in with some flexibility on my side for an urgent fuse replaxment.
  Staff are amazing.

  I was forced by my insurance company to have my car repaired here and the job they did was so poor that it had to be done again. The mechanic who fixed the car properly said they couldn’t believe how bad the work was. Before that they tried to charge me 50% more than RRP for spare parts and the salesman appeared stunned when I told them what Parkes Nissan had quoted me and told that they'd said it should cost the same everywhere. Save yourself the trouble I’ve been through with them

  Very happy with the service and Jarod was very knowledgeable. Jarod kept us informed of how the vehicle was progressing due to the long lead times for delivery. He was helpful and certainly had all of the product knowledge about this vehicle. I would have no hesitation in dealing with him in the future.

  Just picked up a new Nissan x trail today. Rachel Powers who works in sales, was the most professional person I have ever had dealings with. She made the whole experience a superb experience , never have I had such good service. I wish she worked for me!
