  The most appalling service ever. Delivered windows and doors and dumped them in a Paddock with pending storm coming after being asked twice to leave the windows in the garage. Windows ended up being covered in dust and mud and damage. Cross bars on windows and doors were delivered with sticky tape still on them. 17 Doors were installed opening in even though they were shown on the plan to be opening out!! Doors were supplied with fly screens even though that was not what was ordered and not wanted. When we brought the error of the doors opening inwards they demanded final payment before they would discuss the issue any further, when we refused to pay they snuck out to the build site and removed all the doors on the job until we paid. When we started to talk to people around Orange about our dealings with Westal so many people had other horror stories similar to ours which included inferior products being supplied, sneaking on the job sites and removing windows and doors in lieu of negotiating a remedy to a problem. They never return phone calls or emails.

  Ordered and checked at least six times when two windows would be ready as they're critical to our build. Constant reassurance from Westal the windows would be ready on time or even earlier. As of today, they have completely failed to deliver, having missed the original deadline plus multiple extensions. We're now in a situation where the entire schedule of the build has been affected with no suitable (real sounding) explanation provided by Westal.
  
  Seems like all talk and lies from this company. I would never use, and would actively discourage, anyone from using Westal. Go to somewhere like Monaro instead, at least they are honest and focus on customer service.

  Absolute rubbish. We asked for double glaze and confirmed the quote/order. Then they realised when I paid the second part of the quote that they were only single glazed. Said they were sorry and would have fixed in two weeks. It took 5 weeks. Then provided a frosted window which I never asked for and they refused to remake, saying it’s their default to provided frosted glass in a window unless we specify. What a joke. Avoided my calls and emails. And in the end really rude response from their manager.

  Disappointed.
  Windows installed 10 years ago. Failed lifting mechanisms out of warranty - fair enough - but won't repair their own product on a fee for service basis.
  Unacceptable.
