The honest advise and various loan options (with costing figures) provided by Stuart ensured a best fit for my circumstances and needs. Stuart answered all my questions, concerns and queries in a professional and extermely timely manner. When the loan type and provider was decided, Stuart arrange all the necessary approval paperwork and forms (with easy to understand step by step instructions). All I had to do was sign, as indicated, and post the forms to the loan provider. (Midstate even provided the pre address envelope). When all was completed and approved I received (personnel) confirmation from Stuart followed by the bank. Using Midstate Financial Services made the whole process painless, easy and I know I received the best advise and options (interest rates) available. Midstate also continue to update and communicate with me on a regular basis which is greatly appreciated and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
