I left my handbag accidentally in a BNB and he arranged for the bag to be collected and securely wrapped (unlike the BNB mgt company who had agreed they would wrap it but didn’t) and delivered to me in Sydney in less than 24 hours. Highly recommended.

We couldn't get back to our hotel and luggage in Canowindra due to flooding on a recent trip to NSW, and Pack & Send Orange not only got our things despite flooding, they packed them up for us and got them sent out, arriving to us in Victoria only a couple of days later. They went the extra mile in communicating with us about what was happening and checking on the process throughout.
