The independent venue I run has been in partnership with them for 10 years and they decide not to send us stock when it suits them. Our rep would not even return my calls. 12 kegs a week is irrelevant to them.
If you Operate or are looking to open a venue go and see your independent local brewery. They will offer you better pricing, service and support your venue.
Don't be fooled by thier rebate or promo fund structure.
