Spent less then 10 minutes here and said it should be done by the end of the day ( my bank said it usually takes 24 to 48 hours ) it took 4 days. So many mistakes its not funny, our house is double brick and they said "brick veneer", our house has a colourbond roof and they said "concrete roof tiles", our house is connected to mains water and doesn't have a water tank in sight and they said "multiple water tanks and bore" and the list doest end there. My advice would be your money would be probably be better spent with another valuer.

Opteon came out again and did a valuation on our property (for our financier) and am glade they sent a different person to the first time. I found Scott very easy to deal with and seemed to be happy to listen to all my concerns and even if he didn't have an answer for a particular issue he didn't fobb it off and showed he was there to genuinely help.His professional approach and the time he spent with us is why I have changed my rating for you. Thanks Scott.
