  This Orange franchise is by far the worst car rental service I have ever experienced - very poorly managed. Also, as a franchise they are not well connected with their corporate office. Appalling.
  
  I booked online and confirmed directly with Orange. They cancelled my booking three days before saying they double booked! Then they changed the story to say they had damaged the vehicle. To make it worse, they said I was the one that now needed solve it by going to corporate office for a refund because they actually don't talk to their franchisor - even though the stress was caused by them. I even had a call from their franchisee raising his voice at me because I said his office was badly managed in communication. Really bad! What a horrible franchise.
  
  I know have 11 people I need to accommodate somewhere else.
  
  Don't rent here!

  I arrived at the airport, was one of 8 or so told 'no cars available' as they hadn't been returned. I asked if they tried to at least notify us, they claimed they tried to call (I wasn't the only one who never got a call). 2 more people arrived on next flight, lined up, told the same story (10 cars missing in action? no phonecalls? how about an email?). Then Hertz billed me a day after I didn't get the car! I rang Orange next day, asked when I'd get a refund. They took my details but never called or emailed... following week I rang again, was told I needed to take it up with head office... emailed them with the story, finally got a reply 8 days later: still no "sorry", just advised me I'll get a refund in 10 days. The biggest issue: if I can't depend on you guys to have the car I booked there when I get to the airport, I've got to drive instead, not fly! Breathtakingly bad customer service, obviously not isolated to the Orange office.

  Would use Hertz again. The ladies at the counter were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Pick-up and the drop-off the vehicle was not a long drawn out process which was great. The vehicle I had booked was not available but I was very happy with alternative car they provided. Definitely recommend
